A very spacious and comfortable apartment with marina and sea views, suitable for couples and families.
Los Miradores del Puerto, La Manga, Costa Calida. A first floor extremely comfortable 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment which sleeps 6. Air conditioning & under floor heating. The apartment is south-west facing, with spectacular views overlooking the Canal de El Estacio (the waterway joining the Mar Menor to the Mediterranean) and the Marina on the opposite shore.
The sun hits the apartment at midday, and you can enjoy it until you watch it set over the Mar Menor! There is a supermarket and two restaurants within a short walk and, although the apartment is not designated for the disabled, there is ramped access to nearby beaches (Mar Menor 500m, Mediterranean 350m), and from the car parking area to the apartment building and swimming pools, and a large lift to all floors.
Located in the north of La Manga del Mar Menor, in a quiet area just across the new El Estacio bridge, the complex of six widely-spaced apartment blocks has a swimming pool, toddlers’ pool and paddle-tennis court. Activities nearby include a superb choice of water activities, and Golf Veneziola (a 9-hole golf course) is only 3Km away. The Marina, a 25-minute walk (or 3 minute drive) away, has a ‘café lifestyle’ with a multitude of bars and restaurants including French, Greek, Mexican and Spanish, with children’s dishes available. Days out on the Mar Menor and Mediterranean can be organised from here, depending on the time of year, also scuba-diving. A ferry runs from the Marina to San Javier, docking right on the beach! The well-known LaManga Golf Club is a 30minute drive away. 
Facing south-west, the balcony has tremendous views over the Tomas Maestre Marina and El Estacio. Small local fishing boats, as well as yachts, sailing boats and cruisers, use the canal and the new bridge opens every 2 hours to let tall sailboats and large vessels through. The balcony is equipped with a patio table and 6 chairs for al-fresco dining.
Apartment Description
The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with “quality” fixtures and fittings.
The lounge/dining room has views over the balcony to the marina in the distance. It is equipped with a double-bed settee seating three, plus an additional two-seater settee. The TV receives UK channels and satellite programs. There is a radio, plus a DVD player which plays audio CDs and MP3 CDs. The dining area has an extending table and six dining chairs. 
The kitchen contains a very large fridge/freezer, plus a microwave oven and a fitted oven and hob. A separate, adjoining laundry area, contains a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
The main bedroom has patio doors onto the main balcony and contains a king-size bed, chest of drawers, bedside tables and a built-in wardrobe with additional drawers.
The second bedroom has patio doors to its own south-facing mini-balcony, also with views over the marina. The bedroom contains two 3ft single beds, chest of drawers, bedside table and a built-in wardrobe with additional drawers.
There are two bathrooms. The main bathroom has a full bath/shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. The second bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet.

Additional Information
Blankets, pillows, sheets and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own towels for the beach and pool. High chairs, cots and welcome packs, together with additional cleaning or laundry during your stay are available at an extra charge. Wireless Internet access can be arranged at £10(€12) per week - bring your own PC. Non-smokers only, and pets are not allowed.

Here are directions to find the apartment from the airport.
A number of low-cost airlines fly direct to Murcia (San Javier) Airport from Birmingham, Manchester and other UK airports, but these do change depending on the time of year. We take bookings from and to any day of the week so you can take advantage of the best travel rates, and you can also book long and short breaks. Depending on the type of holiday you are looking for, a car is not essential, but hiring a car will enable you to visit a multitude of beaches, tourist sites and enjoy the area better. Some car hire companies enable you to pick up at the airport, but others “shuttle” you to a nearby office to collect your vehicle. Alternatively, you can book airport transfers through us (please check for current prices), but these must be pre-booked. Car and bicycle hire is also available at the Marina. We provide a meet and greet service at no extra cost, full details of which are given when booking, and a Spanish telephone number to contact in the event of any problems you may experience. Arrival packs are also available.
There are no extra charges for cleaning (except for bookings of less than 5 days), and all heating and air conditioning is included. We do not book flights or car hire.
