Los Miradores - Water Sports and Beaches

A spacious, two-bedroom, two-bathroom first floor apartment on La Manga del Mar Menor offering spectacular views over the Tomas Maestre Marina, the Mediterranean, and the Mar Menor. Onsite swimming pool, toddlers’ pool, children’s play area and paddle-tennis court. Supermarket with bakery and newsagent just two minutes walk from your door. Local restaurants plus an amazing selection of restaurants in the Marina opposite. Easy walking to a choice of beaches either on the Mar Menor or the Mediterranean which are easily accessible for pushchairs and wheelchairs. A great place to get away from it all and relax, and yet within an area that offers a superb choice of watersports, including scuba-diving, windsurfing & sailing; plus cosmopolitan cities; nature reserves; waterpark; traditional villages; cycling and hiking trails. The apartment is situated in a quiet area but with easy access to bars, entertainment & late night shopping just 10 minutes drive away.

La Torre Golf Resort

A spacious single-level luxury penthouse apartment with large balcony, plus solarium/terrace. The balcony overlooks the gardens with two swimming pools, toddlers’ pool and play area. The terrace is dual-aspect, overlooking the gardens to the north and the golf course and driving range to the south. Satellite TV, internal telephone (external calls restricted to Polaris for booking tee-times, restaurants etc.) & pay-as-you-go internet access. The apartment is within the gated Polaris World La Torre Golf Resort, situated almost opposite the Clubhouse and within a two minute walk from the “town centre”, which has shops, bank, choice of bars & restaurants, and medical facilities. A large supermarket with bakery & newsagents is just a few minutes walk away. The recently opened 5* hotel is a 3-minute walk away, offering indoor swimming, spa facilities and entertainment. For the golfer, this is an exceptional resort offering a par 68 18-hole course, plus free shuttle bus transport to 3 further Polaris Golf courses in the area. La Torre is 20 mins drive from the Mar Menor, with and just 15 minutes drive from San Javier airport. Centrally situated with easy access to Murcia’s major tourist attractions, it is ideal for golfers and non-golfers alike.

This apartment is used extensively by the Polaris Vacation Club for golfing holidays, but can be booked through us at very competitive rates during the year, but excluding August.

The Region of Murcia

Between Alicante and Andalucia lies the region of Murcia; with 235Km of coast line, 315 days of sunshine per year and an annual average temperature of 21 degrees. Murcia offers something for everyone; beaches, mountains, nature reserves, the historic yet cosmopolitan cities of Murcia and Cartagena, walking, cycling, golf, scuba-diving and an amazing variety of water-sports around the Mar Menor. Ideal for an active holiday, an historic tour, or just getting away from it all!

Long and Short Breaks

Use this site to view details of our two holiday apartments on the Costa Calida. Book a week, a fortnight, or just a long weekend! Or why not escape from our UK weather for the winter! Prices are for the apartment for 7 days (not per person), but you can also book a weekend or mid-week break. We take bookings to and from any day of the week, so you can personalise your holiday to suit you!

Discounts are available for multiple weeks booked, and we also accept long winter lets at Los Miradores. For added convenience, we will hold a provisional booking for 48 hours so you can confirm your flight times, and we have an online calendar for Los Miradores so you can immediately check availability.

Some clients have enjoyed their holiday without driving, but we recommend hiring a car to make the most of the area. If you would prefer to arrange transfers to and from the airport you may find this website useful.

We had a fabulous holiday in Los Miradores. The apartment is great. We had everything we needed for our stay. It was lovely & quiet there. The view over the Marina is great and the apartment is ideally located close to the supermarket & beach, restaurants & bars & yet not too near. We loved the beach & the Mar Menor. We spent several days at the beach near the Paque Bote Restaurant - the girls enjoyed the inflatable slides & water trampoline & paddle boats there. The apartment is lovely & spacious & was very clean. The whole apartment complex is lovely & quiet & the pool was lovely & warm. The whole Mar Menor area is a lovely area, very unspoilt by commercialism. The whole family enjoyed it & had a very relaxing time there.
